An Update on the Crowes & MRC...
Dear Friends, we are indeed grateful for the many things the Lord IS to us, the greatest being the privilege of knowing Him and walking with Him.
Family Thanksgiving - We are also very thankful that we get to live near our daughters and enjoy them and their precious little ones. We were all together last evening for our family Thanksgiving meal. Julie was an excellent, gracious hostess, and I was happy to contribute the desserts and most of the side dishes since it was not held at my house. :) After the meal I had a ball with the toddlers! They have their own separate languages and sometimes I have to call in an older sibling to interpret! But we laughed and played and had a great time together! This also enabled the others to have some adult conversation downstairs. It was a wonderful evening together and we were especially happy to have Andrew with us. He leaves today for his next show, A Christmas Carol, in Worchester, MA at the Hanover. John and I will go see him perform next month and cannot wait!
Wonderful Debrief Retreat - We are thankful for how well our debrief went last week. We were able to spend almost five days with a precious, young couple who had just finished their second term and are heading back to Asia as team leader and wife. They had much to unpack and God truly met them during out time together. God worked out many details for the setup of their being in a cottage next to the lake house where we stayed, giving them privacy and space to spread out and hear from God. This is what the wife wrote:
Thank you so much for this wonderful time to reflect, share, and hear from the Lord. We love how you facilitated this time and brought a place of safety and healing.
Last, but not least, we are also very grateful for the huge role you play in our lives. Thank you for your friendship and fellowship and for being part of our team through prayer and giving. We give thanks to our Father for you!
Gratefully,
Linn and John

MRC CARS - One of our MRC cars was involved in an accident last week and will probably be totaled. But thankfully no one was hurt and we were able to lend them our second personal car until other arrangements can be made. Join us as we ask the Lord to replace this car and continue to allow us to help missionaries in this practical and continual need.
